The Child Growth Foundation’s 7hr, full-day course is listed in the Department of Health Directory "Obesity training courses in Primary Care".  It spells out in detail how, with what and when head circumference, length/height & weight should be assessed for clinical and public health use in the battle against obesity in particular and growth-related conditions in general. The techniques are not only demonstrated but also practiced by course participants and workshops allow them to plot and interpret growth curves.
