Head circumference centiles are printed only up to 1 year (PCHR and Community Charts and 5 years (4-in-1 charts) but, in a significant cumber of cases, children's head circumference may need to be assessed even later in their childhood. These charts cover all the childhood years and have a facility to record parental head sizes. You should be pleased to note that the charts are designed so that versions for each gender need not be individually ordered: the girls and boys head circumference centiles are printed back-to-back on a single card.
