The pack is designed for use by managers and training departments for use with a range of community based staff. The pack also contains a selection of quizzes and case studies with detailed tutor notes and sumary overheads. Also included is a detailed specification of a suggested working protocol, from referral criteria to management of severe and persisting cases.
